　　The eccentric sleeve and the great circle gear of the cone crusher are connected through the swash key. The eccentric sleeve is installed in the liner of the machine. In order to balance the inertia force generated by the rotary pendulum movement of the crushing cone, ensure the contact between the eccentric sleeve and the material bushing on the rack along the length and make the thick edge pressed on the liner of the rack, balanced blocks are usually casted on the great cone gear. 　　First, the preparations before the installation of the eccentric bushing of the cone crusher should be done. Install the adjustment pad on the bottom cover. Then install the thrust bearing on the adjustment pad with the help of the screw. During the installation process of the eccentric shaft, the boss at the bottom should be stuck in the groove of the bottom cover for firmness. Fix the top pad of the thrust bearing of the cone crusher on the eccentric shaft with the screw. At last, you can use the dedicated lifting lugs on the gear and install it in the bushing.

In the installation process, you should carefully check the size of the gap between the eccentric sleeve of the cone crusher and the straight bushing of the rack and the size of the gap between the main shaft and its bushing. Both too large and too small gap will have certain damage to the device. The gap between the eccentric shaft and the straight shaft should be kept uniform. The contact between the main shaft and the bushing should be kept balance to ensure the normal operation of the cycle oscillating motion of the eccentric shaft.
